It addresses this website, rather than the full range of information collected during a mortgage application, underwriting, closing, or servicing relationship.

Information submitted through this site

The consultation form asks for your name, email address, financing interest and permission to contact you. Phone number, property state and a short message are optional. The website records your submission time and assigns a reference number. Temporary hashed email and IP address identifiers are used to limit repeated submissions. Do not enter Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, credit reports or financial documents. This form does not request a credit report or submit a loan application.

Purpose and handling

Form entries are stored to record your consultation request and support follow-up about the property financing questions you raise. Contact consent is limited to your request; the form does not enroll you in an automated marketing campaign. Requests are intended for Yarelin Gonzalez Rosales, Senior Loan Officer, NMLS #2014531.
